Marinos Moushouttas is the Executive Director of Nicosia Municipality. He graduated from State University of New York of Albany. He holds a BA in Business Administration, major in Marketing. He also has a postgraduate diploma in Public Sector Administration with full scholarship by the Mediterranean Institute of Management. He was responsible for human resource studies at the Ministry of Finance. He was also in charge of human resources management department at the Ministry of Labor. In June 2006, he was appointed as the executive director of Nicosia Municipality having responsibility in subjects such as human resources, technical service, financial services, health, the Nicosia Municipality company and the European Affairs office. Mr. Moushouttas has actively contributed on studies regarding organization methods and review personnel and the development of suitable labor.
