Head of Innovation Management, https://www.ucl.ac.uk/research/europe/contact Martin is responsible for the design and implementation of a new Innovation Management service in support of UCL's Horizon 2020 activities. This will encompass Open Innovation, pathways from lab to market, liaison with industry & SMEs, capacity building and project portfolio management. Martin is a registered PRINCE2 and Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner and holds a postgraduate diploma in International Project Management.
